Today is the last day of gluttony before I go back to my regular eating habits. This morning breakfast is a variation on the “Gaston County Special.”

Livermush, egg, and pimiento cheese on a ciabatta bun. Now the pimiento cheese has to be good because that is definitely someone’s mama on the package. And she’s using Nana’s recipe:
